The Portland Trail Blazers unveiled their new logo last week, and the most notable difference you’ll spot is that the red lines are now on the top and the grey lines and now on the bottom.
It’s very difficult to represent a concept of a trailblazer, considering it’s not something concrete like a Wizard or a King. The Blazers pinwheel logo has 10 lines, representing two teams coming together for a game.
Nike takes over the NBA apparel license this summer and multiple teams are supposedly getting a rebrand. Expect to see more roll-out in the comings weeks leading up to the NBA Draft on June 22.
